Private Coaching and Underwater Video Analysis
Nu Wave proudly offers three types of private technical coaching that are perfect USA & USMS swimmers, tri-athletes or anyone looking to improve their technique and times.
One-on-One Private Coaching: $175 (Five 30-minute sessions)
Get the one-on-one private coaching you or your swimmer needs to excel. Each session is led by a member of our experienced, certified staff. All four strokes, including starts and turns, can be evaluated and worked on during these highly effective sessions. The instruction is individualized to meet the swimmer’s needs and is geared to improve their technique and stroke efficiency. We have found that swimmers who take advantage of private instruction can make technical gains faster than is possible in a group workout setting. These session are a perfect complement to any current training regimen.
Single 30 minute sessions are available on request for $45.
Underwater Video Swim Analysis
This highly effective program offers the swimmer a complete under & over water video analysis of their technique through the use of our advanced video software system. Get one or all four strokes analyzed by our experienced coaching staff. Starts and turns can be looked at as well for a complete digital video analysis experience. Participants will receive a DVD that contains their analysis, complete with audio commentary and video mapping as well. Give yourself or your swimmer an edge. Session options include:

Get it all and Save. Combine a set of five One-on-One Private Coaching sessions and a full Video Analysis review and save $75. Each participant will have, five 30-minute private coaching sessions and all four strokes, starts and turns analyzed through video by our experienced staff. Private instruction, combined with video analysis, is a great way to take your performance to a higher level.
