Nu Wave - Team Structure
Nu Wave (WAVE) is dedicated to offering the finest in aquatic instruction and training. We are members in good standing of USA Swimming, the National Club Swimming Association and Louisiana Swimming. We operate within the
guidelines set forth by those organizations. The team was awarded Bronze MedalStatus by USA Swimming for Club Excellence and has put together a Nationally recognized staff to build on that success.
Nu Wave operates out of three premier New Orleans locations; the Isidore Newman School, Tulane’s Reily Center and the Kiefer UNO Lakefront Arena pool (when open). We offer swimmers and their families a safe, convenient and healthy environment to learn and compete. Competitive swimming is a fun, exciting, challenging, lifetime sport and we exists to offer each athlete the attention and support they need to meet and exceed their goals in the water…regardless of their performance level.
Nu Wave is building a stronger program by reaching out to a wide variety of people with it’s new, diverse program offerings. These program enhancements are paying dividends with increased enrollment, more community support and higher performing competitive swimmers. We are bringing competitive competitions back to Orleans Parish and look to be a contributing member to all of Louisiana and USA swimming for many years to come.
