We will hold practice on Saturday from 8am-10am @ the Reilly Center for Tidal Waves, Tsunamis & National swimmers. The original post had a typo saying practice was from 6-10am. There will be no dryland following the in-water workout. I hope to see you there at 8am.

it is important to note the following changes in times and/or locations for practices this friday and saturday:
friday: 4-6pm at newman
saturday: 8-10am at newman

Nu Wave Swim Club was represented by two individuals at HS States so far; Meggie Schmidt and Katie Stahel. Each girl had two individual swims in addition to their HS team's relay efforts. The duo combined for two State Championships and two State Runners up titles.
